Q: Who are you?

A: We are company that provides customized software solutions for businesses and web site hosting. We write custom client server applications as well as web applications.

Q: Where are your offices located?

A: We do not have a store front. We operate on the internet with employees and contractors around the world. We do have a mailing address that is available upon request.

Q: How can I contact you for a quote?

A: You can submit your request via an online form by clicking here. We use this form rather than providing an email address to both deter SPAM harvesting software from obtaining our internal email addresses as well as to direct the message to the correct contact person within our company.

Q: You were Incorporated in 2005 so you must be a new company, right?

A: Yes and No. We have been developing software solutions for the past 10 years and providing hardware and consulting services for the past 13. We decided in 2004 that it would be in our best interest to protect our company by Incorporating in the State of Florida. We are also using this Incorporation to better brand ourselves.  So we are a new Corporation but have been working in technology for many years.

Q: What size sites you you host?

A: From our facility we host small web sites. We consider small to be less than 10,000 hits per day. For larger sites we have partnerships with major hosting companies around the world. If we can not host your site we will find someone who can for you.

Q: What kind of sites do you host?

A: Any business site that is legal within the State of Florida and United States.  We also have our own morals and will not host sites that we find offensive or in poor taste. 

Q: How much does it cost to write my business a program?

A: Tough question that we would be happy to discuss with you on a one on one case.  Each program takes a certain amount of time to develop, test and then release.  Once we know your requirements we will meet with our team leaders to determine the amount of time it will take to complete all these tasks and send a proposal that will include pricing.

Q: How secure is you network?

A: As secure as we can be. We update our servers with the latest patches as soon as they are available. All servers are running anti-virus software and we have firewalls in place. Nothing can be 100% secure but we do our best to make sure our network is as protected as possible.
